Levitico 7

1 Si che questa è la legge per oblazione per lo peccato, ed è santa de' santi.	1 ' "This is the ritual for the sacrifice of reparation: "It is especially holy.
2 E anche dove s'offerrà lo sacrificio, si ucciderà la bestia per lo peccato. Lo sangue si gitti intorno all'altare.	2 The victim must be slaughtered where the burnt offerings are slaughtered, and the priest wil pour theblood al around the altar.
3 E offerranno di lei la coda, e lo grasso ch' è d'intorno alle interiora,	3 He wil then offer al the fat: the tail, the fat covering the entrails,
4 due renunculi, e lo grasso ch' è appresso i lombi, e il reticello del fegato con i renunculi.	4 both kidneys, the fat on them and on the loins, the mass of fat which he wil remove from the liver andkidneys.
5 E arderallelo sacerdote sopra l'altare; incenso è al Signore per lo peccato.	5 The priest will burn these pieces on the altar as food burnt for Yahweh. This is a sacrifice of reparation.
6 Tutti i maschii della gente sacerdotale mangeranno di questa carne in luogo santo, perciò che è santo SANCTORUM.	6 Every male who is a priest may eat it. It wil be eaten inside the holy place; it is especially holy.
7 E come per lo peccato s'offerrà la oblazione, così per lo mancamento; per queste due oblazioni sarà una legge; e al sacerdote, che l'offerrà s'appartiene.	7 "As with the sacrifice for sin, so with the sacrifice of reparation -- the ritual is the same for both. Theoffering with which the priest performs the rite of expiation will revert to the priest.
8 Lo sacerdote che offerrà sacrificio all'altare, avrà la pelle del sacrificio.	8 The hide of the victim presented by someone to the priest to be offered as a burnt offering wil revert tothe priest.
9 E tutto il sacrificio di fior di farina, che cuocano nel forno, e ciò che nella graticola o nella padella si cuoce, sarà di quello sacerdote dallo quale si offerirà.	9 Every cereal offering baked in the oven, every cereal offering cooked in the pan or on the griddle wilrevert to the priest who offers it.
10 Od unta d'olio, od arida che sia, dividasi fra gli figliuoli d'Aaron per eguale misura, come tocca per parte.	10 Every cereal offering, mixed with oil or dry, wil revert to all the descendants of Aaron withoutdistinction.
11 E questa è la legge della oblazione, che si fa senza peccato, la quale si offerirà a Dio.	11 "This is the ritual for the communion sacrifice to be offered to Yahweh:
12 Se lo sacrificio si fa per volere grazia, offerranno pane senza levame, intinto d'olio, e li crostoli azimi, intinti d'olio, e la crusca cotta e li pani piccoli con olio mescolato insieme,	12 "If this is offered as a sacrifice with praise, to the latter must be added an offering of unleavened cakesmixed with oil, unleavened wafers spread with oil, and wheaten flour in the form of cakes mixed with oil.
13 e li pani levati, che s'offerran per grazia senza avere peccato.	13 This offering, then, must be added to the cakes of leavened bread and to the communion sacrifice withpraise.
14 E di questi sì ne daranno uno a Dio per la primizia; e sarà del prete che cava lo sangue delle bestie che si offerranno.	14 One of the cakes of this offering must be presented as an offering to Yahweh; it will revert to the priestwho pours out the blood of the communion sacrifice.
15 E la carne, che si uccida, mangerai quello die; sì che non remanga nulla.	15 The meat of the victim wil be eaten on the day the offering is made; nothing may be left until nextmorning.
16 Se per voto, o per sua volontà, alcuno offerirà bestia per sacrificio, tutta si mangerà in quello die; ma se ne rimanesse alcuna cosa nel dì secondo, lecito sarà a mangiarlo.	16 "If the victim is offered as a votive or a voluntary sacrifice, it must be eaten on the day it is offered, and the remainder may be eaten on the fol owing day;
17 Ma tutto quello che rimarrà nel terzo dì, tutto s'arda nel fuoco.	17 but on the third day whatever is left of the meat of the victim must be burnt.
18 E se alcuno della carne che rimane nel terzo dì ne mangiasse, non varebbe nulla lo sacrificio, nè sarebbe prode a colui che il detto sacrificio offeresse; anco chi questo facesse, sarebbe rompitore della legge, e peccherebbe.	18 "If any of the meat of a victim offered as a communion sacrifice is eaten on the third day, the personwho has offered it wil not be acceptable and wil receive no credit for it. It wil count as rotten meat, and theperson who eats it wil bear the consequences of the guilt.
19 La carne che toccherà alcuna cosa immonda, non si mangi, ma ardasi nel fuoco; e quello che sarà mondo, di quella carne mangerae.	19 "Meat that has touched anything unclean cannot be eaten; it must be burnt. "Anyone clean may eat themeat,
20 L'uomo polluto, che mangerà delle carni del sacrificio che si fa senza peccato a Dio, perirà de' suoi popoli.	20 but anyone unclean who eats the meat of a communion sacrifice offered to Yahweh wil be outlawedfrom his people.
21 E colui che toccherà immondizia, ovver [d'uomo, ovver] di animale, ovver di tutte quelle cose che puote esser pollute, e mangerà di tal carne, perirà de' suoi popoli.	21 Furthermore, if anyone touches anything unclean, human or animal, or any foul thing, and then eatsthe meat of a communion sacrifice offered to Yahweh, that individual wil be outlawed from his people." '
22 E parlò Iddio a Moisè, e dissegli:	22 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said,
23 Dì al popolo d'Israel: dello grasso del bue e della pecora e della capra non mangerete.	23 'Speak to the Israelites and say: "You may not eat the fat of ox, sheep or goat.
24 Lo grasso della bestia che è stata morta, o di animale che fosse preso da bestia, avrete in di versi usi.	24 The fat of an animal that has died a natural death or been savaged by beasts may be used for anyother purpose, but you are not to eat it.
25 E se alcuno mangerà della grassezza che si dee a Dio offerire, perirà del popolo suo.	25 Anyone who eats the fat of an animal offered as food burnt for Yahweh wil be outlawed from hispeople.
26 Sangue di niuno animale mangerete, nè di uccello.	26 "Wherever you live, you wil never eat blood, whether it be of bird or of beast.
27 E ogni anima, che mangerà sangue, perirà del popolo suo.	27 Anyone who eats any blood wil be outlawed from his people." '
28 Parlò Iddio a Moise, dicendogli:	28 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said,
29 Parla alli figliuoli d'Israel, e dirai loro: colui che offerirà la oblazione, non per peccato, al Signore, offerrà insieme lo sacrificio, cioè lo pane e le altre cose che con lo animale si suole offerire.	29 'Speak to the Israelites and say: "Anyone who offers Yahweh a communion sacrifice must bring himpart of his sacrifice as an offering.
30 E terrà in mano la grassezza dell' animale e lo petto suo; e quando amendue l'avrà a Dio sacrificate, daralle al sacerdote.	30 He must bring the food to be burnt for Yahweh, that is to say, the fat adhering to the forequarters, withhis own hands. He wil bring it, and also the forequarters, with which he wil make the gesture of offering beforeYahweh.
31 E il prete la grassezza arderà sopra l'altare, e lo petto sarà di Aaron e delli figliuoli suoi.	31 The priest wil then burn the fat on the altar, and the forequarters wil revert to Aaron and hisdescendants.
32 La spalla ritta delli sacrificii pacifici taglierà, e darà al prete per primizia.	32 You will set aside the right thigh from your communion sacrifice and give it to the priest.
33 E colui che darà lo sangue e la grassa ai figliuoli di Aaron, rimanga a lui la spalla ritta per sua parte.	33 The right thigh will be the portion of the descendant of Aaron who offers the blood and fat of thecommunion sacrifice.
34 Lo petto dinnanzi alla spalla della separazione tolsi dalli figliuoli d'Israel delle oblazioni loro pacifiche, e diedili ai figliuoli di Aaron. E questa si è la legge perpetuale in ogni popolo d'Israel.	34 For I have deprived the Israelites of the forequarter offered and the thigh presented in their communionsacrifices, and given them to the priest Aaron and his descendants; this is a perpetual law for the Israelites." '
35 E questa si è la unzione di Aaron e de' suoi figliuoli nelle solennitadi del Signore, il die che Moisè gli presentoe, che loro pigliassero l'officio sacerdotale,	35 Such was the portion of Aaron and his descendants in the food burnt for Yahweh, the day hepresented them to Yahweh for them to become his priests.
36 e che Iddio comando, che fosse dato loro da' figliuoli d'Israel questo officio perpetualmente.	36 This was what Yahweh ordered the Israelites to give them on the day they were anointed: a perpetuallaw for al their descendants.
37 E questa si è la legge dell' olocausto e del sacrificio che si fa per lo peccato e per lo mancamento, e per la consacrazione e per avere grazia.	37 Such was the ritual for burnt offering, cereal offering, sacrifice for sin, sacrifice of reparation, investituresacrifice and communion sacrifice,
38 La quale ordinò Iddio a Moisè in sul monte Sinai, quando Iddio comandò ai figliuoli d'Israel, che offerissero a Dio la loro oblazione nel deserto di Sinai.	38 which Yahweh laid down for Moses on Mount Sinai, the day he ordered the Israelites to make theirofferings to Yahweh in the desert of Sinai.
