1 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said,	1 Jahve reče Mojsiju:
2 'Speak to the Israelites and say: "When you have arrived in the country where you are to live andwhich I am giving to you,	2 »Govori Izraelcima i reci im: ‘Kad uđete u zemlju gdje ćete boraviti i koju vam ja dajem,
3 and you burn food as an offering to Yahweh either as a burnt offering or as a sacrifice, whether inpayment of a vow, or as a voluntary gift, or on the occasion of one of your solemn feasts, from your herds andflocks as a smel pleasing to Yahweh:	3 pa budete prinosili Jahvi paljenu žrtvu, paljenicu ili klanicu, zavjetnicu ili dragovoljnu žrtvu, ili žrtvu prigodom svojih svetkovina – praveći tako od krupne ili sitne stoke ugodan miris Jahvi –
4 the offerer wil , as his personal gift to Yahweh, bring a cereal offering of one-tenth of an ephah of fineflour mixed with one-quarter of a hin of oil.	4 neka prinositelj prinese svoj dar Jahvi: prinosnicu od desetine efe najboljeg brašna, zamiješena u četvrtini hina ulja.
5 You will also make a libation of wine, one-quarter of a hin to each lamb, in addition to the burntoffering or sacrifice.	5 Uz paljenicu ili uz klanicu prinesi čevrtinu hina vina za ljevanicu na svako janje.
6 For a ram, you will make a cereal offering of two-tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with one-thirdof a hin of oil,	6 Povrh ovna prinesi kao prinosnicu dvije desetine efe najboljeg brašna, zamiješena u jednoj trećini hina ulja;
7 and a libation of one-third of a hin of wine as a smel pleasing to Yahweh.	7 i vina za ljevanicu prinesi trećinu hina na ugodan miris Jahvi.
8 If you offer a bul as a burnt offering or sacrifice, in payment of a vow or as a communion sacrifice forYahweh,	8 Ako Jahvi prinosiš junca kao paljenicu ili kao klanicu da izvršiš zavjet ili kao pričesnicu,
9 in addition to the animal you wil offer a cereal offering of three-tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixedwith half a hin of oil,	9 neka se onda uz junca prinesu tri desetine efe najboljeg brašna, zamiješena u pola hina ulja,
10 and you wil offer a libation of half a hin of wine, as food burnt as a smel pleasing to Yahweh.	10 a za ljevanicu prinesi pola hina vina kao paljenu žrtvu na ugodan miris Jahvi.
11 This wil be done for every bul , every ram, every lamb or kid.	11 Neka se tako postupi uza svakoga vola i uza svakoga ovna, uza svaku glavu sitne stoke, ovce ili koze:
12 Whatever the number of victims you intend to offer, you wil do the same for each of them, howevermany there are.	12 koliko ih god prinesete, za svako pojedino tako učinite, već prema njihovu broju.
13 "Every citizen of the country wil act in this way whenever he offers food burnt as a smel pleasing toYahweh;	13 Svaki domorodac neka postupa tako kad prinosi žrtvu paljenu na ugodan miris Jahvi.
14 and if an alien residing with you or with your descendants intends to offer food burnt as a smelpleasing to Yahweh, he wil do as you do.	14 I ako koji stranac koji živi među vama, ili će biti među vašim potomcima, htjedne prinijeti žrtvu paljenu na ugodan miris Jahvi, neka radi kako i vi radite.
15 There wil be one law for you, members of the community, and the resident alien alike, a law bindingyour descendants for ever: before Yahweh you and the resident alien are no different.'	15 Neka je jedan zakon i za vas i za stranca koji s vama boravi. To je trajan zakon za vaše naraštaje: pred Jahvom, kako je s vama, tako neka bude i sa strancem.
16 One law, one statute, wil apply for you and the resident alien." '	16 Jedan zakon i jedno pravo neka vrijedi za vas i za stranca koji s vama boravi.’«
17 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said,	17 Jahve reče Mojsiju:
18 'Speak to the Israelites and say: "When you have entered the country to which I am bringing you,	18 »Govori Izraelcima i reci im: ‘Kad dođete u zemlju u koju vas vodim
19 you wil set a portion aside for Yahweh when you eat that country's bread.	19 i budete jeli kruh te zemlje, prinesite podizanicu Jahvi.
20 You wil set one cake aside as the first-fruits of your dough; you will set this offering aside like theone set aside from your threshing.	20 Kao prvinu iz svojih naćava prinesite jedan kolač kao podizanicu; prinesite ga kao i podizanicu s gumna.
21 For al future generations you will set a portion of your dough aside for Yahweh.	21 Od prvine svojih naćava davajte Jahvi podizanicu od naraštaja do naraštaja.’
22 "If through inadvertence you fail in any of these orders which Yahweh has given to Moses	22 ‘Ako nehotice pogriješite te ne budete obdržavali koju od zapovijedi što ih je Jahve objavio po Mojsiju –

25 The priest wil perform the rite of expiation for the entire community of Israelites, and they wil beforgiven, since it was an inadvertence. Once they have brought their offering as food burnt for Yahweh, and havepresented their sacrifice for sin before Yahweh to make amends for their inadvertence,	25 Neka svećenik obavi obred pomirenja nad svom izraelskom zajednicom, pa će im biti oprošteno. Bila je samo nepažnja, a oni su prinijeli svoj dar – paljenu žrtvu Jahvi – i okajnicu pred Jahvom za svoju nepažnju.
26 the whole community of Israelites wil be forgiven, as also the alien residing with them, since theentire people acted by inadvertence.	26 Bit će oprošteno svoj izraelskoj zajednici, a tako i strancu koji među njima boravi, jer se sav narod iz nepažnje ogriješio.
27 "If it is an individual who has sinned by inadvertence, he wil offer a yearling kid as a sacrifice for sin.	27 Pogriješi li iz nepažnje pojedinac, neka prinese jedno žensko kozle od godine dana kao okajnicu.
28 The priest wil perform the rite of expiation before Yahweh for the person who has gone astray owingto this sin of inadvertence and, expiation having been made for him, he will be forgiven;	28 Neka svećenik obavi obred pomirenja pred Jahvom nad osobom koja je nehotice pogriješila od nepažnje. Kad nad njom obavi obred pomirenja, bit će joj oprošteno.
29 whether he is an Israelite citizen or a resident alien, you wil have one law for anyone who sins byinadvertence.	29 Kada tko pogriješi nepažnjom, neka vam jedan zakon vrijedi i za domoroca i za stranca koji boravi među vama.
30 "But the individual who acts deliberately, be he citizen or alien, commits an outrage against Yahweh,and such a man wil be outlawed from his people.	30 Ali onaj koji nešto učini naumice, bio on domorodac ili stranac, taj na Jahvu huli. Takav neka se istrijebi između svoga naroda
31 Since he has treated Yahweh's word with contempt and has disobeyed his order, such a man wil beoutlawed absolutely and wil bear the consequences of his guilt." '	31 jer je prezreo Jahvinu riječ i prekršio njegovu zapovijed. Neka se takav iskorijeni. Neka njegova krivnja padne na nj!’«
32 While the Israelites were in the desert, a man was caught gathering wood on the Sabbath day.	32 Kad su Izraelci bili u pustinji, nađu čovjeka kako kupi drva u subotnji dan.
33 Those who caught him gathering wood brought him before Moses, Aaron and the whole community.	33 I oni koji su ga našli da kupi drva dovedu ga Mojsiju i Aronu i svoj zajednici.
34 He was kept in custody, because the penalty he should undergo had not yet been fixed.	34 Stave ga pod stražu, jer još nije bilo određeno što treba s njim učiniti.
35 Yahweh said to Moses, 'This man must be put to death. The whole community will stone him outsidethe camp.'	35 »Toga čovjeka treba pogubiti!« – reče Jahve Mojsiju. »Neka ga kamenjem zaspe izvan tabora sva zajednica.«
36 The whole community took him outside the camp and stoned him til he was dead, as Yahweh hadordered Moses.	36 Sva ga zajednica izvede izvan tabora i zasu ga kamenjem te on poginu, kako je Jahve zapovjedio Mojsiju.
37 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said,	37 Reče Jahve Mojsiju:
38 'Speak to the Israelites and tell them, for all generations to come, to put tassels on the hems of theirclothes and work a violet thread into the tassel at the hem.	38 »Govori Izraelcima i reci im: ‘Neka od naraštaja do naraštaja prave rese na skutovima svojih haljina, a za resu svakoga skuta neka privezuju ljubičastu vrpcu.
39 You wil thus have a tassel, and the sight of it wil remind you of al Yahweh's orders and how youare to put them into practice, and not follow the dictates of your own heart and eyes, which have led you to beunfaithful.	39 Imat ćete rese zato da vas pogled na njih sjeća svih Jahvinih zapovijedi. Vršite ih, a ne zanosite se svojim srcem i svojim očima, što vas tako lako zavode na bludnost.
40 'This wil remind you of all my orders; put them into practice, and you wil be consecrated to yourGod.	40 Tako ćete se sjećati svih mojih zapovijedi, vršit ćete ih i bit ćete posvećeni svome Bogu.
41 I, Yahweh your God, have brought you out of Egypt, to be your God, I, Yahweh your God.'	41 Ja sam Jahve, Bog vaš, koji sam vas izveo iz zemlje egipatske da vam budem Bogom. Ja, Jahve, Bog vaš.’«
