Ezekiel 6

NEW JERUSALEM	Біблія
1 The word of Yahweh was addressed to me as fol ows,	1 Надійшло до мене таке слово Господнє:
2 'Son of man, turn towards the mountains of Israel and prophesy against them.	2 «Сину чоловічий! Оберни твоє лице до гір ізраїльських і пророкуй проти них.
3 Say, "Mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord Yahweh. The Lord Yahweh says this to mountainsand hil s and ravines and val eys: Look, I am going to summon the sword against you and destroy your highplaces.	3 І скажи: Гори ізраїльські! Слухайте слово Владики Господа: Так говорить Владика Господь до гір, до горбів, до байраків і до долин: Ось я наведу на вас меч і знищу ваші висоти.
4 Your altars will be wrecked, and your incense burners smashed; I shal fling your butchered inhabitantsdown in front of your foul idols;	4 Ваші жертовники будуть повалені, ваші стовпи на честь сонця будуть порозбивані, а ваших поранених на смерть я покладу трупами перед вашими божищами.
5 I shall lay the corpses of the Israelites in front of their foul idols and scatter their bones all round youraltars.	5 Я покладу трупи синів Ізраїля перед їхніми бовванами й порозкидаю кості ваші навкруги жертовників ваших.
6 Wherever you live, the towns will be destroyed and the high places wrecked, to the ruin and wrecking ofyour altars, the shattering and abolition of your foul idols, the smashing of your incense burners and the utterdestruction of al your works.	6 Скрізь, де б ви не оселились, міста будуть знищені, і висоти зруйновані, щоб знищити й спустошити ваші жертовники, щоб порозбивати й знищити ваші божища, щоб порозвалювати ваші стовпи на честь сонця, щоб знищити діла ваші.
7 As the butchered fall about you, you wil know that I am Yahweh.	7 Поранені на смерть падатимуть серед вас, і ви зрозумієте, що я — Господь.
8 "But I shal spare some of you to escape the sword among the nations, when you have been dispersedin their lands;	8 Коли деякі з вас врятуються від меча між народами, коли ви будете розкидані по їхніх країнах,
9 and your survivors wil remember me among the nations where they are held captive, since I shal havebroken their adulterous hearts for having deserted me, and destroyed their eyes for having turned adulterouslytowards their foul idols. They wil loathe themselves for al the wrong they have caused by their loathsomepractices.	9 ваші врятовані згадають мене між народами, куди їх позаймають у полон, як я розіб’ю їхнє блудне серце, що відпало від мене, та їхні очі, що блудять за бовванами, і самі вони гидуватимуть собою з-за всіх своїх мерзот, що накоїли;
10 Then they wil know that I am Yahweh and that I was not talking lightly when I said that I would inflictthese disasters on them."	10 і зрозуміють вони, що то я — Господь, і що я не даремно погрожував учинити їм це лихо.»
11 'The Lord Yahweh says this, "Clap your hands, stamp your feet, and say: Alas for al the loathsomesins of the House of Israel, which is about to fal by sword, famine and plague!	11 Так говорить Господь Бог: «Сплесни руками й тупни ногою, і скажи: Ох лишенько! — з-за всіх огидних мерзот дому Ізраїля — вони поляжуть від меча, голоднечі й чуми!
12 Far off, they wil die by plague; near at hand they will fal by the sword; and any who survive or arespared wil die of famine. This is how I shal sate my fury on them.	12 Хто далеко — помре від чуми, а хто близько — поляже від меча, хто ж в облозі — згине від голоднечі. Отак я довершу на них гнів мій.
13 Then you will know that I am Yahweh, when their butchered corpses lie among their foul idols, allround their altars, on every high hil , on every mountain top, under every green tree, under every leafy oak,wherever they offer a smel pleasing to al their idols.	13 Вони зрозуміють, що я — Господь, як їхні смертельно поранені лежатимуть серед їхніх бовванів, навкруги їхніх жертовників, по всіх високих горбах, по всіх верхів’ях гір, під кожним зеленим деревом, під кожним дубом рясним, скрізь, де вони палили запашні кадила всім своїм бовванам.
14 I shal point my finger at them and reduce the country to an empty wasteland from the desert to Riblah,everywhere they live, and they wil know that I am Yahweh." '	14 Я простягну мою руку проти них і зроблю країну безлюдною пустелею, від пустині до Рівли, по всіх їхніх оселях. І вони зрозуміють, що я — Господь.»
