NEW JERUSALEM	Biblia Tysiąclecia
1 Wisdom speaks her own praises, in the midst of her people she glories in herself.	1 Mądrość wychwala sama siebie, chlubi się pośród swego ludu.
2 She opens her mouth in the assembly of the Most High, she glories in herself in the presence of theMighty One:	2 Otwiera swe usta na zgromadzeniu Najwyższego i ukazuje się dumnie przed Jego potęgą:
3 'I came forth from the mouth of the Most High, and I covered the earth like mist.	3 Wyszłam z ust Najwyższego i niby mgła okryłam ziemię.
4 I had my tent in the heights, and my throne was a pillar of cloud.	4 Zamieszkałam na wysokościach, a tron mój na słupie z obłoku.
5 Alone, I have made the circuit of the heavens and walked through the depths of the abyss.	5 Okrąg nieba sama obeszłam i przechadzałam się po głębi przepaści.
6 Over the waves of the sea and over the whole earth, and over every people and nation I have heldsway.	6 Na falach morza, na ziemi całej, w każdym ludzie i narodzie zdobyłam panowanie.
7 Among all these I searched for rest, and looked to see in whose territory I might pitch camp.	7 Pomiędzy nimi wszystkimi szukałam miejsca, by spocząć - szukałam w czyim dziedzictwie mam się zatrzymać.
8 Then the Creator of all things instructed me and he who created me fixed a place for my tent. He said,"Pitch your tent in Jacob, make Israel your inheritance."	8 Wtedy przykazał mi Stwórca wszystkiego, Ten, co mnie stworzył, wyznaczył mi mieszkanie i rzekł: W Jakubie rozbij namiot i w Izraelu obejmij dziedzictwo!
9 From eternity, in the beginning, he created me, and for eternity I shal remain.	9 Przed wiekami, na samym początku mię stworzył i już nigdy istnieć nie przestanę.
10 In the holy tent I ministered before him and thus became established in Zion.	10 W świętym Przybytku, w Jego obecności, zaczęłam pełnić świętą służbę i przez to na Syjonie mocno stanęłam.
11 In the beloved city he has given me rest, and in Jerusalem I wield my authority.	11 Podobnie w mieście umiłowanym dał mi odpoczynek, w Jeruzalem jest moja władza.
12 I have taken root in a privileged people, in the Lord's property, in his inheritance.	12 Zapuściłam korzenie w sławnym narodzie, w posiadłości Pana, w Jego dziedzictwie.
13 I have grown tall as a cedar on Lebanon, as a cypress on Mount Hermon;	13 Wyrosłam jak cedr na Libanie i jak cyprys na górach Hermonu.
14 I have grown tall as a palm in En-Gedi, as the rose bushes of Jericho; as a fine olive in the plain, as aplane tree, I have grown tal .	14 Wyrosłam jak palma w Engaddi, jak krzewy róży w Jerychu, jak wspaniała oliwka na równinie, wyrosłam w górę jak platan.
15 Like cinnamon and acanthus, I have yielded a perfume, like choice myrrh, have breathed out a scent,like galbanum, onycha, labdanum, like the smoke of incense in the tent.	15 Wszystko przepoiłam wonnością jak cynamon i aspalat pachnący, i miłą woń wydałam jak mirra wyborna, jak galbanum, onyks, wonna żywica i obłok kadzidła w przybytku.
16 I have spread my branches like a terebinth, and my branches are glorious and graceful.	16 Jak terebint gałęzie swe rozłożyłam, a gałęzie moje - gałęzie chwały i wdzięku.
17 I am like a vine putting out graceful shoots, my blossoms bear the fruit of glory and wealth.	17 Jak szczep winny wypuściłam pełne krasy latorośle, a kwiat mój wyda owoc sławy i bogactwa.
18	18 Jam matka pięknej miłości i bogobojności, i poznania, i nadziei świętej. We mnie wszelka łaska drogi i prawdy. We mnie wszystka nadzieja żywota i cnoty.
19 Approach me, you who desire me, and take your fil of my fruits,	19 Przyjdźcie do mnie, którzy mnie pragniecie, nasyćcie się moimi owocami!
20 for memories of me are sweeter than honey, inheriting me is sweeter than the honeycomb.	20 Pamięć o mnie jest słodsza nad miód, a posiadanie mnie - nad plaster miodu.
21 They who eat me wil hunger for more, they who drink me will thirst for more.	21 Którzy mnie spożywają, dalej łaknąć będą, a którzy mnie piją, nadal będą pragnąć.
22 No one who obeys me wil ever have to blush, no one who acts as I dictate wil ever sin.'	22 Kto mi jest posłuszny, nie dozna wstydu, a którzy przeze mnie działać będą, nie zbłądzą.
23 Al this is no other than the Book of the Covenant of the Most High God, the Law that Moses enjoinedon us, an inheritance for the communities of Jacob.	23 Tym wszystkim jest księga przymierza Boga Najwyższego, Prawo, które dał nam Mojżesz, jako dziedzictwo plemionom Jakuba.
24	24 Nie przestawajcie być mocni w Panu, przylgnijcie zaś do Niego, aby was umocnił. Pan wszechmocny jest Bogiem jedynym, a poza Nim nie ma Zbawcy. Przyobiecał Dawidowi, słudze swemu, wzbudzić z niego króla bardzo mocnego i na stolicy majestatu siedzącego na wieki.
25 This is what makes wisdom brim over like the Pishon, like the Tigris in the season of fruit,	25 Zalewa ono mądrością jak Piszon i jak Tygrys w dniach nowych płodów;
26 what makes intel igence overflow like the Euphrates, like the Jordan at harvest time;	26 obficie napełnia rozumem jak Eufrat i jak Jordan w czasie żniw;
27 and makes discipline flow like the Nile, like the Gihon when the grapes are harvested.	27 wylewa naukę jak Nil lub Gichon w czasie winobrania.
28 The first man did not finish discovering about her, nor has the most recent tracked her down;	28 Pierwszy nie skończył go poznawać, podobnie ani ostatni do dna go nie zgłębił,
29 for her thoughts are wider than the sea, and her designs more profound than the abyss.	29 gdyż myśl jego pełniejsza jest niż morze, a rada głębsza niż Wielka Otchłań.
30 And I, like a conduit from a river, like a watercourse running into a garden,	30 Ja zaś jestem jak odnoga rzeki i jak wodociąg, co sprowadza wodę do ogrodu.
31 I said, 'I am going to water my orchard, I intend to irrigate my flower beds.' And see, my conduit hasgrown into a river, and my river has grown into a sea.	31 Powiedziałem: Nawodnię mój ogród i nasycę moją rolę. Oto moja odnoga stała się rzeką, a rzeka moja - morzem.
32 Making discipline shine forth from daybreak, I shal send its light far and wide.	32 Nadto sprawię, że nauka świecić będzie jak zaranie i ukaże się jak najdalej.
33 I shal pour out teaching like prophecy, as a legacy to al future generations.	33 Owszem, wyleję naukę jak proroctwo i przekażę ją pokoleniom na wieki.
34 And note, I have been working not merely for myself, but for al who are seeking wisdom.	34 Patrzcie, że nie tylko dla siebie samego się natrudziłem, lecz także i dla tych wszystkich, którzy jej szukają.
