1 Thus the word of the LORD came to me:	1 И было ко мне слово Господне:
2 Son of man, now say: Thus says the Lord GOD to the land of Israel: An end! The end has come upon the four corners of the land!	2 и ты, сын человеческий, [скажи]: так говорит Господь Бог; земле Израилевой конец, --конец пришел на четыре края земли.
3 Now the end is upon you; I will unleash my anger against you and judge you according to your conduct and lay upon you the consequences of all your abominations.	3 Вот конец тебе; и пошлю на тебя гнев Мой, и буду судить тебя по путям твоим, и возложу на тебя все мерзости твои.
4 I will not look upon you with pity nor have mercy; I will bring your conduct down upon you, and the consequences of your abominations shall be in your midst; then shall you know that I am the LORD.	4 И не пощадит тебя око Мое, и не помилую, и воздам тебе по путям твоим, и мерзости твои с тобою будут, и узнаете, что Я Господь.
5 Thus says the Lord GOD: Disaster upon disaster! See it coming!	5 Так говорит Господь Бог: беда единственная, вот, идет беда.
6 An end is coming, the end is coming upon you! See it coming!	6 Конец пришел, пришел конец, встал на тебя; вот дошла,
7 The climax has come for you who dwell in the land! The time has come, near is the day: a time of consternation, not of rejoicing.	7 дошла напасть до тебя, житель земли! приходит время, приближается день смятения, а не веселых восклицаний на горах.
8 Soon now I will pour out my fury upon you and spend my anger upon you; I will judge you according to your conduct and lay upon you the consequences of all your abominations.	8 Вот, скоро изолью на тебя ярость Мою и совершу над тобою гнев Мой, и буду судить тебя по путям твоим, и возложу на тебя все мерзости твои.
9 I will not look upon you with pity nor have mercy; I will deal with you according to your conduct, and the consequences of your abominations shall be in your midst; then shall you know that it is I, the LORD, who strike.	9 И не пощадит тебя око Мое, и не помилую. По путям твоим воздам тебе, и мерзости твои с тобою будут; и узнаете, что Я Господь каратель.
10 See, the day of the LORD! See, the end is coming! Lawlessness is in full bloom, insolence flourishes,	10 Вот день! вот пришла, наступила напасть! жезл вырос, гордость разрослась.
11 violence has risen to support wickedness. It shall not be long in coming, nor shall it delay.	11 Восстает сила на жезл нечестия; ничего [не останется] от них, и от богатства их, и от шума их, и от пышности их.
12 The time has come, the day dawns. Let not the buyer rejoice nor the seller mourn, for wrath shall be upon all the throng.	12 Пришло время, наступил день; купивший не радуйся, и продавший не плачь; ибо гнев над всем множеством их.
13 The seller shall not regain what he sold as long as he lives, for wrath shall be upon all the throng. Because of his sins, no one shall preserve his life.	13 Ибо продавший не возвратится к проданному, хотя бы и остались они в живых; ибо пророческое видение о всем множестве их не отменится, и никто своим беззаконием не укрепит своей жизни.
14 They shall sound the trumpet and make everything ready, yet no one shall go to war, for my wrath is upon all the throng.	14 Затрубят в трубу, и все готовится, но никто не идет на войну: ибо гнев Мой над всем множеством их.
15 The sword is outside; pestilence and hunger are within. He that is in the country shall die by the sword; pestilence and famine shall devour those in the city.	15 Вне дома меч, а в доме мор и голод. Кто в поле, тот умрет от меча; а кто в городе, того пожрут голод и моровая язва.
16 Even those who escape and flee to the mountains like the doves of the valleys--I will put them all to death, each one for his own sins.	16 А уцелевшие из них убегут и будут на горах, как голуби долин; все они будут стонать, каждый за свое беззаконие.
17 All their hands shall be limp, and all their knees shall run with water.	17 У всех руки опустятся, и у всех колени задрожат, [как] вода.
18 They shall put on sackcloth, and horror shall cover them; shame shall be on all their faces and baldness on all their heads.	18 Тогда они препояшутся вретищем, и обоймет их трепет; и у всех на лицах будет стыд, и у всех на головах плешь.
19 They shall fling their silver into the streets, and their gold shall be considered refuse. Their silver and gold cannot save them on the day of the LORD'S wrath. They shall not be allowed to satisfy their craving or fill their bellies, for this has been the occasion of their sin.	19 Серебро свое они выбросят на улицы, и золото у них будет в пренебрежении. Серебро их и золото их не сильно будет спасти их в день ярости Господа. Они не насытят ими душ своих и не наполнят утроб своих; ибо оно было поводом к беззаконию их.
20 In the beauty of their ornaments they put their pride: they made of them their abominable images (their idols). For this reason I make them refuse.	20 И в красных нарядах своих они превращали его в гордость, и делали из него изображения гнусных своих истуканов; за то и сделаю его нечистым для них;
21 I will hand them over as booty to foreigners, to be spoiled and defiled by the wicked of the earth.	21 и отдам его в руки чужим в добычу и беззаконникам земли на расхищение, и они осквернят его.
22 I will turn away my face from them, and my treasure shall be profaned: robbers shall enter and profane it.	22 И отвращу от них лице Мое, и осквернят сокровенное Мое; и придут туда грабители, и осквернят его.
23 They shall wreak slaughter, for the land is filled with bloodshed and the city full of violence.	23 Сделай цепь, ибо земля эта наполнена кровавыми злодеяниями, и город полон насилий.
24 I will bring in the worst of the nations, who shall take possession of their houses. I will put an end to their proud strength, and their sanctuaries shall be profaned.	24 Я приведу злейших из народов, и завладеют домами их. И положу конец надменности сильных, и будут осквернены святыни их.
25 When anguish comes they shall seek peace, but there will be none.	25 Идет пагуба; будут искать мира, и не найдут.
26 There shall be disaster after disaster, rumor after rumor. Prophetic vision shall fade; instruction shall be lacking to the priest, and counsel to the elders,	26 Беда пойдет за бедою и весть за вестью; и будут просить у пророка видения, и не станет учения у священника и совета у старцев.
27 while the prince shall be enveloped in terror, and the hands of the common people shall tremble. I will deal with them according to their conduct, and according to their judgments I will judge them; thus they shall know that I am the LORD.	27 Царь будет сетовать, и князь облечется в ужас, и у народа земли будут дрожать руки. Поступлю с ними по путям их, и по судам их буду судить их; и узнают, что Я Господь.
