1 This is the list of the tribes. Dan: at the northern extremity, adjoining Hamath, all along from the approaches to Hethlon through Labo of Hamath to Hazar-enon, on the northerly border with Damascus, with his possession reaching from the eastern to the western boundary.	1 Or ecco i nomi delle tribù dall'estremità settentrionale lungo la strada di Ethalon per andare ad Emath; l'atrio di Enan è confine dalla parte di Damasco a settentrione lungo la strada di Emath; e la regione orientatele il mare termineranno la porzione di Dan.

8 On the frontier of Judah, from the eastern to the western boundary there shall be the tract which you shall set apart, twenty-five thousand cubits from north to south, and as wide as one of the tribal portions from the eastern to the western boundary. In the center of the tract shall be the sanctuary.	8 E da' confini di Giuda, da oriente fino al mare, saranno le primizie, le quali voi consagrerete, venticinque mila misure di larghezza, e di lunghezza (avranno) secondo che hanno ognuna delle porzioni da oriente fino al mare: e il santuario sarà nel mezzo.
9 The tract that you set aside for the LORD shall be twenty-five thousand cubits across by twenty thousand north and south.	9 Le primizie, che voi separarete pel Signore, saranno di venticinque mila misure in lunghezza, e di dieci di larghezza.
10 In this sacred tract the priests shall have twenty-five thousand cubits on the north, ten thousand on the west, ten thousand on the east, and twenty-five thousand on the south; and the sanctuary of the LORD shall be in its center.	10 Or queste saran le primizie delluogo santo de' sacerdoti: venticinquemila misure di lunghezza a settentrione, e dieci mila di larghezza verso il mare e ad oriente dieci mila di larghezza, e venticinque mila di lunghezza a mezzodì: e nel mezzo saravvi il santuario del Signore.
11 The consecrated priests, the Zadokites, who fulfilled my service and did not stray along with the Israelites as the Levites did,	11 Tutto questo sarà luogo santo pe' sacerdoti figliuoli di Sadoc, i quali hanno osservate le mie cerimonie, e non caddero in errore allorché erravano i figliuoli d'Israele, come errarono anche i Leviti.
12 shall have within this tract of land their own most sacred domain, next to the territory of the Levites.	12 E delle primizie della terra avranno primizia santissima a' confini di quella dei Leviti.
13 The Levites shall have a territory corresponding to that of the priests, twenty-five thousand cubits by ten thousand. The whole tract shall be twenty-five thousand cubits across and twenty thousand north and south.	13 E similmente i Leviti dopo la porzione de' sacerdoti avranno venti cinque mila misure di lunghezza, e diecimila di larghezza. Tutta la lunghezza (di lor porzione sarà) di venticinquemila misure, e la larghezza di diecimila.
14 They may not sell or exchange or alienate this, the best part of the land, for it is sacred to the LORD.	14 E di questo non potranno far vendita, né permuta, né faranno passaggio ad altri le primizie: perocché sono consagrate al Signore.
15 The remaining five thousand cubits along the twenty-five-thousand-cubit line are profane land, assigned to the City for dwellings and pasture; the City shall be at their center.	15 E le cinque mila misure, che rimangono di larghezza delle venti cinque mila, saranno spazio profano per le abitazioni della città, e pe' sobborghi, e in mezzo di questo spazio sarà la città.
16 These are the dimensions of the City: the north side, forty-five hundred cubits; the south side, forty-five hundred cubits; the east side, forty-five hundred cubits; and the west side, forty-five hundred cubits.	16 Ed ecco le sue misure: a settentrione quattro mila, e cinquecento; e a mezzodì quattro mila, e cinquecento, e a oriente quattro mila, e cinquecento, e ad occidente quattro mila, e cinque cento.
17 The pasture lands of the City shall extend north two hundred and fifty cubits, south two hundred and fifty cubits, east two hundred and fifty cubits, and west two hundred and fifty cubits.	17 E i sobborghi della città, a settentrione dugento, e cinquanta, e a mezzodì dugento, e cinquanta, e a oriente dugento, e cinquanta, e dalla parte del mare dugento cinquanta misure.
18 There shall remain an area along the sacred tract, ten thousand cubits to the east and ten thousand to the west, whose produce shall provide food for the workers of the City.	18 E quello, che rimarravvi in lunghezza presso alle primizie del luogo santo, dieci mila misure a oriente, e dieci mila a occidente, anderanno appresso alle primizie sante, e i frutti di quel terreno serviranno al nutrimento di coloro, che servono alla città.
19 The workers in the City shall be taken from all the tribes of Israel.	19 Or quei, che s'impiegheranno al servigio della città, saranno di tutte le tribù d'Israele.
20 The entire tract shall be twenty-five thousand by twenty-five thousand cubits; as a perfect square you shall set apart the sacred tract together with the City property.	20 Tutte le primizie di venticinque mila misure in quadrato saran separate per esser primizie del santuario, e (per esser) la porzione della città.
21 The remainder shall belong to the prince: the land on both sides of the sacred tract and the City property, extending along the twenty-five-thousand-cubit line eastward to the eastern boundary, and westward along the twenty-five-thousand-cubit line to the western boundary, a territory parallel with the tribal portions for the prince. The sacred tract and the sanctuary of the temple shall be in the middle.	21 E quello, che vi rimarrà all'intomo di tutte le primizie del santuario, e della porzione assegnata alla città dirimpetto alle venticinque mila misure delle primizie, sino al confine orientale, sarà del principe: e similmente dalla parte del mare dirimpetto alle venticinque mila misure sino al confine del mare sarà assegnato al principe, e le primizie del santuario, e il santo luogo del tempio resteranno nel bel mezzo.
22 Thus, except for the property of the Levites and the City property, which lie in the midst of the prince's property, the territory between the portions of Judah and of Benjamin shall belong to the prince.	22 E la possessione de' Leviti, e la possessione della città sarà nel mezzo della porzione del principe: quel, che è tramezzo tral confine di Giuda, e il confine di Beniamin apparterrà al principe.
23 These are the remaining tribes. Benjamin: from the eastern to the western boundary.	23 Quanto alle altre tribù, da oriente fino a occidente, una porzione per Beniamin.
24 Simeon: on the frontier of Benjamin, from the eastern to the western boundary.	24 E da' confini di Beniamin, da oriente fino in occidente, una porzione per Simeone.
25 Issachar: on the frontier of Simeon, from the eastern to the western boundary.	25 E dal confine di Simeone, da oriente fino in occidente, una porzione per Issachar.
26 Zebulun: on the frontier of Issachar, from the eastern to the western boundary.	26 E dal confine d'Issachar, da oriente fino in occidente, una porzione per Zàbulon.

28 Along the frontier of Gad shall be the southern boundary, which shall extend from Tamar to the waters of Meribath-kadesh, and from there to the Wadi of Egypt, and on to the Great Sea.	28 E dal confine di Gad è la regione di mezzodì: e suo confine egli è da Thamar fino alle acque di contraddizione, in Cades: la sua eredità dirimpetto al mar grande.

31 there shall be three gates: the gate of Reuben, the gate of Judah, and the gate of Levi.	31 E le porte della città prenderannome dalle tribù d'Israele: a settentrione tre porte, una porta di Ruben, una di Giuda, una di Levi.
32 On the east side, measuring forty-five hundred cubits, there shall be three gates: the gate of Joseph, the gate of Benjamin, and the gate of Dan.	32 E a oriente misurerai quattro mila, e cinquecento misure, e vi saranno tre porte, una di Giuseppe, una di Beniamin, una di Dan.
33 On the south side, measuring forty-five hundred cubits, there shall be three gates: the gate of Simeon, the gate of Issachar, and the gate of Zebulun.	33 E a mezzodì misurerai quattro mila, e cinquecento misure, e vi saran tre porte, una porta di Simeone, una d'Issachar, e una di Zabulon.
34 On the west side, measuring forty-five hundred cubits, there shall be three gates: the gate of Gad, the gate of Asher, and the gate of Naphtali.	34 E all'occidente misurerai quattro mila, e cinquecento misure, e vi saran tre porte, una porta di Gad, una porta di Aser, una porta di Nephthali.
35 The perimeter of the City is eighteen thousand cubits. The name of the City shall henceforth be "The LORD is here."	35 Il suo circuito sarà di diciotto mila misure, e il nome della città dopo quel giorno: Quivi sta il Signore.
