1 A canticle of a psalm for David himself.	1 Пісня. Псалом. Давида.
2 My heart is ready, O God, my heart is ready: I will sing, and will give praise, with my glory.	2 Готове моє серце, Боже, — буду співати, у псалмах славити.
3 Arise, my glory; arise, psaltery and harp: I will arise in the morning early.	3 Пробудись, гарфо, і ви, гуслі! Я збуджу ранній світанок.
4 I will praise thee, O Lord, among the people: and I will sing unto thee among the populations.	4 Я тебе прославлятиму між народами, Господи, і псалми тобі співатиму між племенами,
5 For thy mercy is great above the heavens: and thy truth even unto the clouds.	5 бо твоя милість аж до неба велика і твоя вірність аж до хмар сягає.
6 Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens, and thy glory over all the earth:	6 Вознесись, Боже, над небесами, і по всій землі хай буде твоя слава!
7 that thy beloved may be delivered. Save with thy right hand and hear me.	7 Щоб визволились твої любі, рятуй десницею твоєю і вислухай нас!
8 God hath spoken in his holiness. I will rejoice, and I will divide Sichem and I will mete out the vale of tabernacles.	8 Сказав Бог у своїй святості: «Восторжествую, Сихем розділю, розміряю Суккот-долину.
9 Galaad is mine, and Manasses is mine and Ephraim the protection of my head. Juda is my king:	9 Мій Гілеад і мій Манассія; Ефраїм — забороло голови моєї, Юда — моє берло.
10 Moab the pot of my hope. Over Edom I will stretch out my shoe: the aliens are become my friends.	10 Моав — мій посуд умивальний, на Едом кину я мої сандали, над Філістимською землею возликую!»
11 Who will bring me into the strong city? who will lead me into Edom?	11 Хто візьме мене до укріпленого міста? Хто приведе мене аж до Едому?
12 Wilt not thou, O God, who hast cast us off? and wilt not thou, O God, go forth with our armies?	12 Невже ти, Боже, нас відкинув, уже не вийдеш, Боже, з нашими військами?
13 O grant us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man.	13 Пошли нам поміч проти супостата, бо марна людська підмога!
14 Through God we shall do mightily: and he will bring our enemies to nothing.	14 З Богом учинимо ми подвиг, і він розтопче противників наших.
