Revelation 22

NEW JERUSALEM	BIBBIA
1 Then the angel showed me the river of life, rising from the throne of God and of the Lamb and flowingcrystal-clear.	1 Mi mostrò poi 'un fiume d'acqua viva' limpida come cristallo, che scaturiva dal trono di Dio e dell'Agnello.
2 Down the middle of the city street, on either bank of the river were the trees of life, which bear twelvecrops of fruit in a year, one in each month, and the leaves of which are the cure for the nations.	2 'In mezzo' alla piazza della città e 'da una parte e dall'altra del fiume si trova un albero di vita' che da' dodici raccolti e produce frutti ogni 'mese; le foglie' dell'albero servono 'a guarire' le nazioni.
3 The curse of destruction will be abolished. The throne of God and of the Lamb wil be in the city; hisservants will worship him,	3 E non vi sarà più maledizione. Il trono di Dio e dell'Agnello sarà in mezzo a lei e i suoi servi lo adoreranno;
4 they wil see him face to face, and his name wil be written on their foreheads.	4 'vedranno la sua faccia' e porteranno il suo nome sulla fronte.
5 And night will be abolished; they will not need lamplight or sunlight, because the Lord God will beshining on them. They wil reign for ever and ever.	5 Non vi sarà più notte e non avranno più bisogno di luce di lampada, né di luce di sole, perché 'il Signore Dio li illuminerà e regneranno nei secoli dei secoli'.
6 The angel said to me, 'Al that you have written is sure and wil come true: the Lord God who inspiresthe prophets has sent his angel to reveal to his servants what is soon to take place.	6 Poi mi disse: "Queste parole sono certe e veraci. Il Signore, il Dio che ispira i profeti, ha mandato il suo angelo per mostrare ai suoi servi ciò che deve accadere tra breve.
7 I am coming soon!' Blessed are those who keep the prophetic message of this book.	7 Ecco, io verrò presto. Beato chi custodisce le parole profetiche di questo libro".
8 I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things. When I had heard and seen them all, I knelt atthe feet of the angel who had shown them to me, to worship him;	8 Sono io, Giovanni, che ho visto e udito queste cose. Udite e vedute che le ebbi, mi prostrai in adorazione ai piedi dell'angelo che me le aveva mostrate.
9 but he said, 'Do no such thing: I am your fel ow-servant and the fel ow-servant of your brothers theprophets and those who keep the message of this book. God alone you must worship.'	9 Ma egli mi disse: "Guardati dal farlo! Io sono un servo di Dio come te e i tuoi fratelli, i profeti, e come coloro che custodiscono le parole di questo libro. È Dio che devi adorare".
10 This, too, he said to me, 'Do not keep the prophecies in this book a secret, because the Time isclose.	10 Poi aggiunse: "Non mettere sotto sigillo le parole profetiche di questo libro, perché il tempo è vicino.
11 Meanwhile let the sinner continue sinning, and the unclean continue to be unclean; let the uprightcontinue in his uprightness, and those who are holy continue to be holy.	11 Il perverso continui pure a essere perverso, l'impuro continui ad essere impuro e il giusto continui a praticare la giustizia e il santo si santifichi ancora.
12 Look, I am coming soon, and my reward is with me, to repay everyone as their deeds deserve.	12 Ecco, io verrò presto e porterò con me il mio salario, 'per rendere a ciascuno secondo le sue opere'.
13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.	13 Io sono l'Alfa e l'Omega, il Primo e l'Ultimo, il principio e la fine.
14 Blessed are those who wil have washed their robes clean, so that they wil have the right to feed onthe tree of life and can come through the gates into the city.	14 Beati coloro che lavano le loro vesti: avranno parte all'albero della vita e potranno entrare per le porte nella città.
15 Others must stay outside: dogs, fortune-tel ers, and the sexually immoral, murderers, idolaters, andeveryone of false speech and false life.'	15 Fuori i cani, i fattucchieri, gli immorali, gli omicidi, gli idolàtri e chiunque ama e pratica la menzogna!
16 I, Jesus, have sent my angel to attest these things to you for the sake of the churches. I am the sprigfrom the root of David and the bright star of the morning.	16 Io, Gesù, ho mandato il mio angelo, per testimoniare a voi queste cose riguardo alle Chiese. Io sono la radice della stirpe di Davide, la stella radiosa del mattino".
17 The Spirit and the Bride say, 'Come!' Let everyone who listens answer, 'Come!' Then let al who arethirsty come: all who want it may have the water of life, and have it free.	17 Lo Spirito e la sposa dicono: "Vieni!". E chi ascolta ripeta: "Vieni!". Chi ha sete venga; chi vuole attinga gratuitamente l'acqua della vita.
18 This is my solemn attestation to al who hear the prophecies in this book: if anyone adds anything tothem, God wil add to him every plague mentioned in the book;	18 Dichiaro a chiunque ascolta le parole profetiche di questo libro: a chi vi aggiungerà qualche cosa, Dio gli farà cadere addosso i flagelli descritti in questo libro;
19 if anyone cuts anything out of the prophecies in this book, God wil cut off his share of the tree of life and of the holy city, which are described in the book.	19 e chi toglierà qualche parola di questo libro profetico, Dio lo priverà dell'albero della vita e della città santa, descritti in questo libro.
20 The one who attests these things says: I am indeed coming soon. Amen; come, Lord Jesus.	20 Colui che attesta queste cose dice: "Sì, verrò presto!". Amen. Vieni, Signore Gesù.
