Ezekiel 43

NEW JERUSALEM	BIBBIA
1 He took me to the gate, the one facing east.	1 Mi condusse allora verso la porta che guarda a oriente
2 I saw the glory of the God of Israel approaching from the east. A sound came with him like the soundof the ocean, and the earth shone with his glory.	2 ed ecco che la gloria del Dio d'Israele giungeva dalla via orientale e il suo rumore era come il rumore delle grandi acque e la terra risplendeva della sua gloria.
3 This vision was like the one I had seen when I had come for the destruction of the city, and like theone I had seen by the River Chebar. Then I fell to the ground.	3 La visione che io vidi era simile a quella che avevo vista quando andai per distruggere la città e simile a quella che avevo vista presso il canale Chebàr. Io caddi con la faccia a terra.
4 The glory of Yahweh arrived at the Temple by the east gate.	4 La gloria del Signore entrò nel tempio per la porta che guarda a oriente.
5 The Spirit lifted me up and brought me into the inner court; I saw the glory of Yahweh fil the Temple.	5 Lo spirito mi prese e mi condusse nell'atrio interno: ecco, la gloria del Signore riempiva il tempio.
6 And I heard someone speaking to me from the Temple while the man stood beside me.	6 Mentre quell'uomo stava in piedi accanto a me, sentii che qualcuno entro il tempio mi parlava
7 He said, 'Son of man, this is the dais of my throne, the step on which I rest my feet. I shall live hereamong the Israelites for ever; and the House of Israel, they and their kings, will never again defile my holy namewith their whorings and the corpses of their kings,	7 e mi diceva: "Figlio dell'uomo, questo è il luogo del mio trono e il luogo dove posano i miei piedi, dove io abiterò in mezzo agli Israeliti, per sempre. 8 by putting their threshold beside my threshold and their doorposts beside my door-posts, with a partywal shared by them and me. They used to defile my holy name by their loathsome practices, and this is why Iput an end to them in my anger.	8 collocando la loro soglia accanto alla mia soglia e i loro stipiti accanto ai miei stipiti, così che fra me e loro vi era solo il muro, hanno profanato il mio santo nome con tutti gli abomini che hanno commessi, perciò li ho distrutti con ira.

10 'Son of man, describe this Temple to the House of Israel, to shame them out of their loathsomepractices. (Let them draw up the plan of it.)	10 Tu, figlio dell'uomo, descrivi questo tempio alla casa d'Israele, perché arrossiscano delle loro iniquità; ne misurino la pianta
11 And, if they are ashamed of their behaviour, show them the design and plan of the Temple, its exitsand entrances, its shape, how al of it is arranged, the entire design and all its principles. Give them al this inwriting so that they can see and take note of its design and the way it is al arranged and carry it out.	11 e, se si vergogneranno di quanto hanno fatto, manifesta loro la forma di questo tempio, la sua disposizione, le sue uscite, i suoi ingressi, tutti i suoi aspetti, tutti i suoi regolamenti, tutte le sue forme e tutte le sue leggi: mettili per iscritto davanti ai loro occhi, perché osservino tutte queste norme e tutti questi regolamenti e li mettano in pratica.
12 This is the charter of the Temple: all the surrounding space on the mountain top is an especially holyarea. (Such is the charter of the Temple.)'	12 Questa è la legge del tempio: alla sommità del monte, tutto il territorio che lo circonda è santissimo; ecco, questa è la legge del tempio.
13 These were the dimensions of the altar, in cubits each of a cubit plus a handsbreadth. The base: onecubit high and one cubit wide; the space by the runnel, al round the edge of the altar, one handsbreadth.	13 Queste sono le misure dell'altare in cubiti, di un cubito e un palmo ciascuno. 15 The altar hearth: four cubits high, with four horns projecting from the hearth,	15 Il focolare era di quattro cubiti e sul focolare vi erano quattro corni.
16 the hearth was four-square: twelve cubits by twelve cubits;	16 Il focolare era dodici cubiti di lunghezza per dodici di larghezza, cioè quadrato.
17 and the square plinth: fourteen cubits by fourteen cubits; and the ledge al round: half a cubit; and thebase: one cubit al round. 18 He said to me, 'Son of man, the Lord Yahweh says this, "As regards the altar, this is how things mustbe done when it has been built for the sacrifice of the burnt offering and for the pouring of blood.	18 Egli mi parlò: "Figlio dell'uomo, dice il Signore Dio: Queste sono le leggi dell'altare, quando verrà costruito per offrirvi sopra il sangue.
19 To the levitical priests -- those of the race of Zadok -- who approach me to serve me -- declares theLord Yahweh -- you must give a young bul as a sacrifice for sin.	19 Ai sacerdoti leviti della stirpe di Zadòk, che si avvicineranno a me per servirmi, tu darai - parola del Signore Dio - un giovenco per l'espiazione.
20 You must take some of its blood and put it on the four horns, on the four corners of the plinth and onthe surrounding ledge. In this way you wil purify it and make expiation on it.	20 Prenderai di quel sangue e lo spanderai sui quattro corni dell'altare, sui quattro angoli della piattaforma e intorno all'orlo. Così lo purificherai e ne farai l'espiazione.
21 Then take the bul of the sacrifice for sin and burn it in that part of the Temple which is cut off fromthe sanctuary.	21 Prenderai poi il giovenco del sacrificio espiatorio e lo brucerai in un luogo appartato del tempio, fuori del santuario.
22 On the second day, you must offer an unblemished he-goat as the sacrifice for sin, and the altar mustbe purified again as was done with the bul .	22 Il secondo giorno offrirai, per il peccato, un capro senza difetto e farai la purificazione dell'altare come hai fatto con il giovenco.
23 When you have finished the purification, you must offer a young, unblemished bull and anunblemished ram from the flock.	23 Terminato il rito della purificazione, offrirai un giovenco senza difetti e un montone del gregge senza difetti.
24 You must present them before Yahweh, and the priests wil sprinkle salt on them and offer them asburnt offerings to Yahweh.	24 Tu li presenterai al Signore e i sacerdoti getteranno il sale su di loro, poi li offriranno in olocausto al Signore.
25 As a sacrifice for sin, every day for seven days you must offer a he-goat, a bull and an unblemishedram from the flock.	25 Per sette giorni sacrificherai per il peccato un capro al giorno e verrà offerto anche un giovenco e un montone del gregge senza difetti.
26 In this way the altar will be expiated and wil be purified and inaugurated.	26 Per sette giorni si farà l'espiazione dell'altare e lo si purificherà e consacrerà.
27 At the end of that time, on the eighth day and afterwards, the priest wil offer your burnt offerings andyour communion sacrifices on the altar, and I shall look favourably on you -- declares the Lord Yahweh." '	27 Finiti questi giorni, dall'ottavo in poi, i sacerdoti immoleranno sopra l'altare i vostri olocausti, i vostri sacrifici di comunione e io vi sarò propizio". Oracolo del Signore Dio.
