NEW JERUSALEM	BIBBIA
1 How blessed is anyone who rejects the advice of the wicked and does not take a stand in the path that sinners tread, nor a seat in company with cynics,	1 Beato l'uomo che non segue il consiglio degli empi, non indugia nella via dei peccatori e non siede in compagnia degli stolti;
2 but who delights in the law of Yahweh and murmurs his law day and night.	2 ma si compiace della legge del Signore, la sua legge medita giorno e notte.
3 Such a one is like a tree planted near streams; it bears fruit in season and its leaves never wither, and every project succeeds.	3 Sarà come albero piantato lungo corsi d'acqua, che darà frutto a suo tempo e le sue foglie non cadranno mai; riusciranno tutte le sue opere.
4 How different the wicked, how different! Just like chaff blown around by the wind	4 Non così, non così gli empi: ma come pula che il vento disperde;
5 the wicked will not stand firm at the Judgement nor sinners in the gathering of the upright.	5 perciò non reggeranno gli empi nel giudizio, né i peccatori nell'assemblea dei giusti.
6 For Yahweh watches over the path of the upright, but the path of the wicked is doomed.	6 Il Signore veglia sul cammino dei giusti, ma la via degli empi andrà in rovina.
